Denver-based general contractor Martines Palmeiro Construction (MPC) broke ground in February on Highland Development Company’s first ground-up apartment community in the Denver area, an integral addition to the West Line Village development near Sheridan Station. The project is going vertical with concrete at the garage, with the lower level garage walls beginning this week.
