DESCRIPTION: Mixed-use community featuring 314 luxury living units, 2 stories of underground parking, and 65,000 sq. ft. on-site retail.

DESCRIPTION: Luxury multi-family apartment community featuring an industrial contemporary design in a high-density garden layout that allow for individual parking garages and site amenities of size and scale often found in more suburban communities.
