Pre-Construction.
Our Pre-Construction Team will collaborate with your team, utilizing tools like Revit/CAD, Assemble, Bluebeam Revu, and BIM 360 Glue to get real-time quantity and design inputs.
We’ll also employ BIM solutions and tools to preemptively detect conflicts and ambiguities. Thanks to this extra effort up front, you’ll be confident that your project will proceed smoothly and predictably.
Cost Estimating.
You want the ideal balance between fulfilling your design vision and delivering a profitable project. As part of the pre-construction phase, and then extending through the life of the project, we’ll collaborate with your design teams and our trade partners to accurately cost out the plan with ongoing, transparent fiscal accountability.
Value Management & engineering
Always accounting for your budget, schedule, and design/branding intent, we’ll engage with our trade partners to identify alternative materials and construction methods that will allow us to meet all those imperatives.
We’ll also sequence processes and purchases (e.g., furniture, finishes, and equipment) to maximize value. Throughout all of this, you’ll know our true costs, thanks to our open-book, transparent approach.

Construction Services.
On your behalf, we’ll facilitate the entire construction process, engaging our select group of specialty trade partners, from permitting and groundbreaking all the way to the receipt of the final Certificate of Occupancy.
Throughout the construction phase, we’ll coordinate with your consultants, design professionals, and other representatives regarding our progress and any issues that arise. Ultimately, our goal is to maintain a safe worksite and a well-choreographed workflow.
