Biography

Background

Bin joined our team in 2016, and was made a Member in 2018, bringing nearly two decades of experience in architectural design/planning, project management and pre-construction service. He oversees our pre-construction and estimating functions and advises our clients on the viability of projects, constructability and value analysis. Bin is passionate about development in Denver and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the Downtown Denver Partnership. Outside the office, Bin enjoys family time, traveling and exploring the local food scene.
